Amanda Roper

A transplant from the Midwest, Amanda has spent her career working to further music education, while devoting her life to working with children. Amanda studied music education and clarinet performance for three years at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Her continued studies led her to Armstrong State University, in Savannah, GA, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education with clarinet emphasis.

Nathaniel Roper

A choral director in the Southeast for twenty-two years, Nathaniel currently resides in Brunswick, GA with his wife and 2 sons, where he is the Director of Choral and Orchestral Activities at Glynn Academy High School and Director of Music at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. He has served as Chair of the Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA) Standing Committee for LGPE Literature Evaluation, as well as Choral Chair for GMEA District VIII. He also serves as a head adjudicator for GMEA.
